I went to buy a new pair of Brooks Beasts running shoes. As I entered the shop an American lady welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. I explained that I knew exactly what I wanted and asked that she get me a pair of Brooks Beasts size seven and a half.
Even though she did not have that shoe in the shop she said that she would try the other shops and if one could not be located she would put it on special order and give me a "holler" when they were in. Usually I would have said I will try somewhere else or get them off the net, however because of her personality I was happy to leave the order there. I had no sooner got out of the shop when she indeed gave me a holler to say that she had located a pair in the Leeds shop. She was going to pick them and let me have them Monday!
